Habib Alruh

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 27 June 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Habib Alruh website and your purchases from us. They are governed by UAE law, including the E-Commerce Law (Federal Law No. 14 of 2023) and the Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products, pricing & charges

All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. We do not impose any additional fees for payment or delivery that are not clearly displayed to you before you confirm and pay for your order. Any applicable shipping fee, cash-on-delivery surcharge or other charge is shown at checkout before payment.

Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm and dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order (e.g. pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud) and will refund any payment taken.

Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Title to goods passes to you on full payment.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms removes or limits any right granted to you under UAE consumer protection law. Any term that purports to cancel, waive or limit your statutory rights, including your right to claim compensation, is null and void. Our liability is limited only to the extent permitted by UAE law and never excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Returns, refunds & shipping

Our Returns & Refunds Policy and Shipping Policy form part of these terms and are available before you pay.

Intellectual property & acceptable use

All content on this site is owned by or licensed to Habib Alruh. You may not misuse the site or its content. See also our Inspired Scents Disclaimer.

Complaints

We maintain an accessible complaints channel. Contact us any time at habibalruhperfumes@gmail.com or via WhatsApp, and we will respond promptly.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The competent Dubai Courts shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force at the time of your order applies.
